Executive Coaching and Consulting Services

The University of New Mexico Comprehensive Cancer Center needs an executive advisory firm to partner with its leadership team to deliver coaching and consulting services. The requested scope includes recurring one-on-one executive coaching, strategic planning for the NCI Designation renewal, joint advisory sessions, leadership assessments, stakeholder alignment, leadership training, and impact measurement. Eligible vendors must be based onshore in the USA. Vendors will perform work offsite, but the proposal must detail options for both in-person and virtual scheduled sessions. Vendors must submit proposals establishing their pricing, as the buyer is looking for proposal costs to determine the budget.
