SCADA System Integration Services

The City of Compton Municipal Water Department requires SCADA system integration services. The selected vendor must manage and maintain software source control, back up programs on an offsite virtualized platform, handle annual software license renewals, standardize SCADA graphics and functionality across assets, automate regulatory reports, and implement disaster recovery measures. Performance of the work will occur offsite. Only USA onshore organizations are eligible to bid. Interested vendors must submit proposals digitally via email or online during the RFP open period from October 12, 2026, through October 29, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. PT. Bidders must send all questions in writing to the Purchasing Manager no later than October 15, 2026. Submittals must include a signed original Penalty of Perjury Certification and a completed Appendix B disclosure form.
