Access Control, Security Monitoring and Camera Services

The City of San Ramon requires a vendor to provide installation, integration, monitoring, maintenance, and support for access control hardware, software, intrusion detection systems, and security cameras across fifteen city facilities. The scope includes converting existing systems to an active directory-based environment, installing additional access control devices, and integrating new and existing cameras into a centralized, cloud-based management system. Eligible bidders are USA-based onshore organizations that can perform offsite work and obtain a San Ramon Business License and required insurance. Applicants must digitally submit proposals via email or online by November 5, 2026, at 2:00 p.m., after an extension from October 29, 2026. Proposals must include a signed cover letter, business qualifications, similar service experience from the last five years with references, key personnel resumes, firm fixed pricing for the initial term, and any pricing assumptions or exclusions. The proposed lump sum pricing and approach must remain valid for 60 days following the submission deadline.
