RFI for Survey-Based Research Platform and Management Tool - Sources Sought

The Federal Acquisition Institute seeks a Software as a Service (SaaS) survey-based research platform and platform management tool to collect responses for a piloted competency survey. The online, browser-based solution must require no downloads, comply with Section 508 standards, compile multi-language data into a single dataset, and support survey imports alongside specific question types like multiple choice, matrix tables, and text entries.
