The buyer requires a hosted or SaaS mass notification, threat intelligence, and travel security platform accompanied by a mobile application for employee security alerts and travel support. The requested scope includes end-to-end mass notifications, intelligence source validation, traveler itinerary monitoring, Microsoft technology interoperability, and reporting analytics. Eligibility is restricted to Canadian onshore organizations, and all work will be performed offsite. Questions must be submitted by October 28, 2026, and the contract term will run for three years.
