The buyer needs a fully integrated golf management system and point of sale solution to handle golf operations and credit card merchant services. The requested scope encompasses payment software, tee-time and tournament management, restaurant management, golf shop retail, e-commerce, website hosting, mobile applications, and customer engagement tools. Vendor employees who must enter City or Trust facilities will be required to pass an Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation background and fingerprint check at their own cost.
