Fulton County Medical Examiner’s Office needs a vendor to provide offsite parentage/relationship DNA testing and forensic DNA testing of evidentiary specimens and unknown subjects on an as-needed basis. Eligible bidders are USA-based organizations that possess all required professional licenses and technical capabilities to perform the agreement satisfactorily. Bidders must digitally submit sealed proposals electronically through BidNet Direct or email by November 10, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. A pre-bid conference takes place on October 27, 2026, at 10:00 A.M., and all questions are due by November 3, 2026. Submittals must include completed purchasing forms, immigration affidavits, license certifications, and subcontractor documentation. The contract term is one year. Fulton County evaluates bids to determine the lowest total price from a responsive and responsible bidder with adequate experience, financial, and technical capabilities.
