The City of Ashland, Missouri seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive banking and depository services for its General Account, Main Account, Police Evidence Account, and any future accounts. The selected financial institution must deliver monthly interest rate earnings on available balances, monthly account fee analysis statements, account reconciliation, monthly cut-offs, wire transfers, ACH transfers, and deposit processing. Additionally, the contractor must supply secure online internet access that integrates with the City's existing Technologies Accounting Software used for accounting, utility billing, and payroll operations. Only onshore, USA-based organizations are eligible to submit proposals for this offsite opportunity. Interested applicants must submit all questions by October 29, 2026, and submit proposals for a five-year contract term.
