Investment Consulting Services

The government authority located in Saskatchewan needs proactive investment consulting services to identify emerging risks and opportunities, provide recommendations with analysis, and assist with implementing routine approved changes. The requested scope covers Agency Trusts and Endowments, the Academic (DC) Money Purchase Pension Plan, the Research (DC) Pension Plan, the 1999 Academic (DB) Pension Plan, the Non-Academic (DB) Pension Plan, and the Retirees (DB) Pension Plan. Eligibility is limited to onshore Canadian organizations, and performance of the work will occur offsite. Interested parties must submit all questions no later than October 29, 2026. The buyer expects proponents to support up to six meetings annually per committee and separate any additional costs for these meetings on Submittal Document B.
