Investment Broker Services

The Town of Hilton Head Island seeks Statements of Qualifications from onshore USA organizations to establish a pool of qualified investment brokers. The selected vendors will provide competitive pricing, market information, yield and maturity details for Treasury securities, execute authorized investment transactions offsite, and coordinate timely settlement and delivery through the Town's designated custodian. Selection does not guarantee a minimum volume of transactions. Qualifications must be submitted electronically via the Town's procurement portal by 5:00 PM Eastern Time on December 2, 2026, and all questions must be submitted through the portal by 5:00 PM Eastern Time on November 13, 2026. Applicants must submit all requested documentation, including a completed Checklist of Submittal Requirements, details on financial condition, experience, staff qualifications, and trading capabilities. Submittals will be evaluated based on comparable government/public-funds experience (20%), Treasury and Agency securities experience (20%), and trading, pricing, and responsiveness (20%). The anticipated term for resulting contracts is three years.
