Public Safety Technology Systems Replacement Consulting Services

The City of Arlington, TX seeks a qualified public safety technology consulting firm for RFP 27-0030 to guide the assessment, procurement, and implementation oversight of a single-vendor, modern, fully integrated public safety technology systems replacement solution. The scope spans four phases: analyzing current systems, workflows, and infrastructure to deliver functional requirements and a business strategy; providing procurement support by drafting a vendor-neutral RFP and evaluating proposals; and offering project management oversight through go-live. Only USA organizations operating onshore are eligible to bid.
