Full Dome Video Distributors Service

Salt Lake County, on behalf of the Division of Clark Planetarium, requires non-exclusive distributors to promote, license, and distribute original fulldome video content created by county staff to other planetariums. Selected distributors will hold master files, encode programs, deliver content to licensees, handle marketing and customer service, and collect fees. Eligible applicants include onshore USA organizations located in a WIPO Copyright Treaty territory that possess the required technical infrastructure, business licenses, tax forms, and capability to meet all operational requirements. Applicants must agree to a non-negotiable revenue split where 70% of proceeds go to the county and 30% go to the distributor. To apply, distributors must email completed qualification documents and signed agreement forms to Jason Yocom at [email protected] prior to November 30, 2026. The county will evaluate submissions against minimum requirements and intends to award multiple contracts, which will expire on December 31, 2030.
