Diplomas and Graduation Service

Lincoln Public Schools requires a vendor to provide diplomas and graduation services for Lincoln High School in Lincoln, Rhode Island. The requested scope includes various graduation products such as gold-script-imprinted diploma covers, custom 8” x 6” landscape engraved diploma certificates on American parchment paper with acetate protective sheets, honor award certificates, student caps and gowns, honor and club cords, and rental gowns for staff and dignitaries. Only onshore USA organizations authorized or licensed to do business in Rhode Island may apply. Offerors must mail or hand deliver their proposals to Door #3 of the Lincoln Public Schools Administrative Offices by October 29, 2026, at 2:00 PM. Questions are due by October 23, 2026, at 12:00 PM. A 10% bid security bond or certified check must accompany the submission, and proposals must remain firm for at least 60 days. The District will award the contract to the lowest responsive and responsible offeror based on price, demonstrated experience, prior work quality for the District and Town of Lincoln, professional background, service, and expertise.
