Pharmacy Services

The Utah government authority requires a vendor to provide statewide WIC pharmacy services, which includes storing and delivering medical foods and formulas to local clinics. The selected vendor must hold a stocking location in Utah, store products according to regulatory standards, and ensure a Registered Pharmacist or Doctor of Pharmacy fulfills all orders. To be eligible, onshore US vendors must possess at least two years of relevant experience and demonstrate the capacity to deliver to all specified state facilities. Applicants must submit their proposals digitally via email or online, including answers to all mandatory minimum requirements, a technical response, a completed reference form, and pricing for all items on the cost sheet. Proposals will undergo a pass/fail screening on mandatory requirements, followed by a technical committee evaluation scored on a 0-5 scale. Candidates must meet the minimum technical score threshold to advance to the cost evaluation stage.
