Security Guard Services

The Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) requires security guard services at specified agency locations in Toronto, ON, including active construction sites. The buyer needs one security guard per location to establish a regular patrol beat, equipped with a company-supplied cellular phone or two-way radio to contact central dispatch or agency personnel, and outfitted in high-reflective uniforms visible at night. Only Canadian organizations (onshore) are eligible to bid. Proponents must submit proposals digitally via email or online through the TTC Bonfire Public Portal. Evaluation involves a pass/fail review of mandatory requirements, followed by a qualitative scoring out of 60 points covering Corporate Qualifications (30 points) and Team Qualifications (30 points). Proposals achieving at least 42 qualitative points advance to pricing evaluation, where 40 points are awarded based on the lowest total evaluated price for the Base Term. The TTC intends to award one contract for all work based on the proposal providing the greatest overall value.
