Social Media Management Platform

Ohio University requires a qualified vendor to provide, implement, configure, integrate, train, and support a cloud-hosted software-as-a-service social media management platform. The scope includes system configuration, testing, data migration, software licensing, analytics, social media listening, and ongoing go-live support. Only onshore United States organizations are eligible to bid on this offsite work opportunity. Bidders must submit proposals digitally through the Ionwave eSourcing platform by 3:00 PM ET on October 23, 2026, and all questions were due by October 9, 2026. Applicants must upload standard terms and conditions, a detailed cost proposal, an implementation plan for an end-of-March 2027 go-live date, Exhibit A, a Certificate of Insurance, a VPAT, and either a HECVAT or SOC2 Type 2 report.
