Holiday Lighting Installation and Removal Services

The City of Quincy Department of Public Buildings seeks qualified vendors to install and remove seasonal holiday lighting at the McIntyre Mall, Hancock Adams Common, Thomas Crane Public Library lawn, Generals Park area, and street trees in the Downtown District. The scope includes providing required replacement or additional light strings, sets, and color bulbs or LEDs beyond the city-owned inventory, leading to a fixed-price contract and an on-call contract for seasonal services. Eligible bidders are onshore US organizations performing onsite work in Quincy, Massachusetts. Applicants must submit separate sealed envelopes clearly marked for Non-Price Proposals and Price Proposals to the Purchasing Department at Quincy City Hall by October 29, 2026, at 11:00 a.m., or submit digitally via email or online. Vendors must submit all inquiries to Interim Purchasing Agent Meredith Marini by email no later than October 23, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. The City of Quincy and the Department of Public Buildings will evaluate and select the proposals deemed to be in the best interest of the city.
