State Emergency Response Team Management Exercise Services

The government authority in North Carolina requires a vendor to provide state emergency response team management exercise services offsite. The selected vendor must design, develop, and conduct after-action reviews, produce an after-action report for the full SERT exercise series, facilitate HSEEP-aligned design and planning meetings, and manage up to three quarterly exercises and one two-day functional exercise. Only USA-based onshore organizations are eligible to bid. Interested vendors must submit all questions no later than October 21, 2026, and submit a proposal detailing their budget.
