The Chelan Douglas Regional Port Authority requires a consultant to provide state government affairs, legislative representation, and information services to promote the Port's interests within Washington State. The scope of work includes developing capital budget funding requests, monitoring and lobbying on legislation, providing strategic advice, and issuing weekly legislative reports during the state legislative session in Olympia.
