Description
AI GeneratedThe buyer needs a contractor to provide scalable geospatial intelligence architecture information technology services. Requested scope includes configuring enterprise virtual server environments with appropriate storage, redundancy, networking, and virtual hardware for a government authority located in Fort Belvoir, VA. The contractor must design, implement, and analyze local and wide area networks, manage system security and user requirements, direct system operations, and provide technical assistance to computer users offsite at their own office premises. Eligibility is restricted to USA-based onshore organizations, and offerors must maintain an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award. The government intends to award a full and open, time-and-material contract with a one-year performance period. Proposals are evaluated based on two factors: a Volume 1 Staffing Plan Factor and a Volume 2 Price Factor, with award made to the offeror providing the best value. Offerors must submit a Price Narrative and Basis of Estimate detailing fully burdened labor rates, Defense Base Act insurance, and indirect costs, alongside an unevaluated Administrative Volume containing a signed SF 33 cover page. The source text does not state specific application deadlines, question submission dates, or detailed budget figures.
