Dash Camera System

The City of Greenville and the Greenville Transit Authority require a video-based dash camera safety system for the GTA fleet. The system must feature real-time video surveillance, operator monitoring, incident detection, full-HD forward-facing cameras, real-time GPS tracking, cellular data plans, and a mobile-friendly cloud platform using AI and G-force detection to evaluate safety performance. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible to submit proposals for this offsite work. Proposals must be uploaded digitally through the project's bid page by 2:00 p.m. ET on November 10, 2026, and offerors must confirm receipt via email prior to the deadline. All questions and clarification requests must be submitted to [email protected] by 2:00 p.m. ET on October 23, 2026. Proposals will not be accepted via telephone, email, or fax. Evaluation is scored out of 100 points based on qualifications and experience (20 points), ability to deliver final services (30 points), technical requirements (20 points), and cost (30 points). The submission must include required documentation such as the RFP Signature Form, Cost Proposal, Buy America Certification, Debarment Certification, and proof of insurance.
