Traffic Control Services

The Ada County Highway District (ACHD) requires qualified firms to provide traffic control services for job sites throughout Ada County. The scope involves setting up and managing temporary traffic control zones, including providing signage, cones, and certified flaggers to ensure safe traffic flow for roadwork such as chip and fog sealing, paving, and shouldering. Services are typically conducted from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., four days a week, ten hours a day. ACHD may award multiple contracts due to these needs. Only USA onshore organizations are eligible to bid. Bidders must electronically seal and submit all proposals through the ACHD eProcurement portal by 3:00 p.m. local time on Wednesday, October 28, 2026, as manual or paper bids will be deemed non-responsive. All questions must be submitted in writing through the portal by 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, October 21, 2026. Bidders must acknowledge all issued addenda on their submittal forms and provide required contact details and authorized signatures via DocuSign. The successful bidder may be required to furnish a bond for 100 percent of the total contract value upon notice of award.
