Digital Foil and Laminating System

Central Maine Community College requires a vendor to supply a new, self-contained digital foil and single-sided thermal laminating system. The requested scope includes an automatic air-suction sheet feeder with double-sheet detection, support for media sizes from 8.25 in. × 8.25 in. to 15 in. × 26 in. (150–400 gsm), and various finishes like digital foil, polymer foil, spot gloss/UV, and soft-touch matte lamination. Delivery, freight, inside setup, installation, calibration, and operational testing are included. Eligibility is limited to USA onshore organizations. Vendors must submit a signed original bid plus one copy by mail or in person to Dean of Finance Maureen Aubé by October 26, 2026, at 1:00 P.M. local time. The College will evaluate bids based on the lowest price, provided the bidder meets all other requirements, qualifications, references, and operational capabilities. Preference will apply to in-state bidders or the earliest received bid in the event of a tie.
