Leadership Conferences Services

The Minnesota Department of Administration seeks a hotel or event venue to provide facilities and services for the 2027 and 2028 MHSATS Nursing Leadership Conferences. The required scope includes lodging, event space setup starting at 5:00 PM Central Time the day prior, parking, meeting and breakout rooms, a prayer room, a mothers' room, central registration areas, and labeled meals and refreshments. The facility must sit within 20 miles of the Brainerd Post Office in Minnesota to accommodate an estimated 80 attendees for conference dates in April 2027 and April 2028. Eligible US onshore organizations must register as a bidder or supplier and satisfy insurance and Minnesota Department of Human Rights Workforce Certification requirements. Interested parties must submit proposals through the State's Supplier Portal by November 5, 2026, at 3:00 PM CST, submitting requested documents including Attachments A, B, D, E, and Exhibit D Price Schedule with a $0.01 system line entry. Written questions are due to Rhiannon Fissehaye by October 26, 2026, at 2:00 PM Central Time. The contract term runs from execution through May 31, 2028.
