Vision Benefits Services

Mecklenburg County Government needs a vendor to provide vision benefit services and evaluate voluntary dual vision plan proposals matching current designs and recommended alternatives for roughly 6,200 eligible employees. The buyer requires a four-year rate guarantee, an implementation credit for file feed costs, and GeoAccess and disruption reports submitted with the proposal. USA organizations performing offsite work are eligible to participate. Interested vendors must email designated USI contacts to submit digital proposals by November 13, 2026, for the RFP effective date of January 1, 2028.
