E-Rate Eligible Core Network Upgrade Services

The San Francisco Unified School District seeks a vendor to provide E-Rate eligible core network upgrade services and equipment. The requested scope includes supplying campus core network switches, electronics, modules, software, applicable licenses, and related technical services, such as Catalyst 9300X ports, Cisco DNA Spaces licenses, power cables, and network plug-and-play setup for zero-touch deployment. Performance of the work will occur offsite. Only USA onshore organizations are eligible to bid. Responses can be submitted digitally online or via email, and the deadline for all questions is October 28, 2026. The contract term is for three years, and the district is currently requesting budget proposals.
