Construction Management-At-Risk Services

The Bungay Elementary School Building Committee and the Town of Seymour seek a qualified firm to provide construction management-at-risk services for a one-year contract term. The selected constructor will provide pre-construction services, cost estimating, trade contract bidding/negotiation, and construction phase services for a new school building, grounds construction, and demolition of the existing school at 35 Bungay Road in Seymour, CT. To be eligible, firms must be pre-qualified by the Connecticut Department of Administrative Services under the Construction Manager At Risk Group B or C classification. Interested proposers must attend a mandatory pre-submission site walkthrough on October 21, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Hard copy submissions of sealed qualifications and sealed fee proposals must be delivered by mail or hand delivery to Town Chief Administrative Officer W. Kurt Miller by November 4, 2026, at 10:00 a.m.
