Enhanced Cellular Systems

The Department of Technology, Management and Budget Office of the Chief Technology Officer seeks industry insight regarding fully managed, end-to-end enhanced cellular solutions. The state authority requires a logically and physically isolated system capable of amplifying outdoor cellular signals inside state-used buildings without interfering with or relying on existing state network infrastructure. The scope encompasses complete lifecycle management—including design, installation, testing, operations, and support—for a dual-mode 4G/5G, PoE++ capable system that supports AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon. Eligible respondents include USA-based organizations with offsite performance capability. Vendors must submit all written questions by 3:00 p.m. Eastern on October 22, 2026, to the solicitation manager via email or the SIGMA VSS portal. Vendors must submit final responses digitally via email or online by 3:00 p.m. Eastern on November 12, 2026.
