Guadalupe County requires engineering services for flood mitigation planning, including project management, milestone tracking, discovering issues, and monitoring project schedules and budgets. The scope involves onsite performance in Texas over a one-year contract term. Vendors located onshore in the USA are eligible to submit statements of qualifications (SOQs).
