RFI for Enterprise Resource Planning and Integrated Management System Consulting Services

Frederick County, VA needs information from vendors to help evaluate modernization options and assess software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions for its enterprise resource planning and integrated management systems. The requested scope covers system functional areas including general ledger, budgeting, tax assessment and billing, accounts payable and receivable, purchasing, human resources, payroll, risk management, permitting, planning, and inspections.
