LinkedIn for International Sales Training Program Services

The Virginia Economic Development Partnership Authority requires a vendor to develop and deliver a training program helping up to five Virginia businesses use LinkedIn to secure international sales. The vendor must provide individual intake calls, deliver at least three structured virtual training courses to the cohort over three to four months, develop post-training deliverables, and offer customized support and feedback. Eligibility is open to US organizations with demonstrated experience using LinkedIn for international sales and delivering relevant training. Offerors must email a single electronic proposal attachment addressing all scope elements, qualifications, company profile, and a cost proposal to [email protected] by October 27, 2026, at 4:00 PM Eastern. An evaluation committee will assess proposals based on the vendor's level of experience in providing similar services. The contract period runs until September 1, 2027, with a desired project start date in early 2027 and a total budget not exceeding $25,000.
