Description
AI GeneratedNASA/NSSC requires the procurement of thruster materials and build to support the Advanced Metallics Branch at NASA Glenn Research Center. The selected contractor must supply materials and labor to assemble six thrusters—compatible with Ocelot 1.2F thrusters or similar equivalents—using NASA-provided thrust chambers at the contractor's own facilities. The contract period of performance is sixteen weeks after receipt and acceptance of the order. NASA intends to issue a sole-source contract to Benchmark Space Systems Inc., but interested organizations may submit capability statements to demonstrate their ability to perform the work. Capability and qualification statements must be submitted in writing by October 19, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. Central Standard Time, referencing the notice ID. Quotes will not be considered or evaluated, as NASA will use the submitted capability statements solely to decide whether to conduct the procurement competitively.
