Description
AI GeneratedThe Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract to Interlace Intelligence, LLC for utilization patterns and billing integrity analysis. HHS requires ongoing analytic support across drug safety, patient safety, and program-integrity research, alongside a retrospective safety evaluation and prospective study framework. The contractor must perform all analyses using its own de-identified, all-payer claims data environment without ingesting government data or accessing government systems, and provide written findings to HHS. Any organization that believes it can meet these requirements may submit a capability statement in response to the attached Request for Information (RFI). Responding entities must submit one consolidated response directly answering the RFI questions, which evaluate current personnel, capabilities, experience, data rights, and ownership of a de-identified claims data environment covering over 300 million unique lives. Submissions must be sent to Contract Specialist Olivia Barksdale by 12:00 P.M. ET on October 20, 2026. The contemplated contract period consists of one 12-month base period and one 12-month option period. HHS will use the RFI responses solely for market research to determine whether to compete the acquisition.
