Classification and Compensation Support Services

Santa Clara Valley Water District requires a vendor to provide offsite, on-call classification and compensation support services for RFP No. VW0742. The requested scope includes conducting classification and compensation studies, reviewing classification disputes and rebuttals, designing classification and job structures, developing job specifications, performing market studies and benchmarking, and providing ad hoc consulting and implementation support.
