Red Hat Enterprise Linux Software Technical Support Service

The Metropolitan Water District of Southern California is seeking bids to obtain Red Hat Enterprise Linux software maintenance and technical support services. The required scope includes electronically delivering specified valid Red Hat subscriptions and support entitlements intended for use in the United States. Work will be performed offsite, and subscription periods run through December 31, 2027. Eligible bidders must be onshore USA organizations and authorized Red Hat, Inc. distributors, resellers, V.A.R.s, or channel-level partners with the required certification levels upon bid submittal. Bidders must submit bid pricing on a line-item, lump-sum basis online via the PlanetBids system. All questions must be submitted no later than October 21, 2026. Submittals must include line-item pricing, a downloadable Client Reference Sheet, and a Conflict of Interest Statement uploaded as supporting attachments. Metropolitan intends to award a single contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder based on the evaluated extended bid price, which may incorporate business outreach reduction points. Bid prices must remain firm and valid for 120 days from the bid closing date. Fax, email, and hardcopy bid submissions will not be accepted.
