Redevelopment Agency Attorney Services

The Borough of Pompton Lakes seeks qualification statements from interested persons or firms to provide redevelopment agency attorney services for calendar year 2027. The selected vendor must perform the work on site in Pompton Lakes, New Jersey, and possess the professional, financial, and administrative capabilities to deliver the proposed services. Eligible interested firms and individuals must submit an original and four bound copies of their qualification statement by mail or hand delivery to the Borough. Submissions must arrive no later than 4:00 PM prevailing time on November 20, 2026. Required submission materials include an executed Letter of Qualification, an executed Letter of Intent, firm administrative details, principal names and addresses, and a proposed rate schedule listing hourly rates or other pricing structure. A Review Team consisting of the Borough and its legal or financial advisors will evaluate qualification statements based on the most advantageous response considering experience, reputation in the field, cost-effectiveness, and overall alignment with the criteria outlined in the RFQ.
