Emergency Phone Service

Sound Transit seeks a contractor to supply, install, and maintain code-compliant cellular connected emergency elevator phones and provide 24/7/365 emergency phone monitoring and dispatch services in Seattle, Washington. The selected vendor must provide all installation materials, remote phone operation monitoring, on-call services, repair or replacement, and optional Nationwide Public Safety Broadband Network cellular connections for areas with poor signal. Eligibility is restricted to onshore USA organizations. Proposers must submit required materials, including a detailed proposed solution, project schedule, warranty terms, and completed proposal forms such as Price Proposal Form No. 1. Sound Transit evaluates price using a 250-point scale based on the lowest proposed price for base services. The contract term is five years, and all questions must be submitted by October 30, 2026.
