Institutional Repository, Digital Collections and Journal Hosting Service

Mississippi State University requires a qualified USA-based organization to provide a single platform offsite for an institutional repository, digital collections, electronic theses and dissertations, and journal hosting. The platform must feature customized collection-level introductory text, policies, submission guidelines, logos, customizable email templates, and variable item display layouts. Requirements include web interfaces meeting WCAG 2.1 AA standards, file upload support via URLs or direct web interfaces, virtual collection creation, automatic indexing in Google and Google Scholar, search engine optimization, PCI compliance if applicable, and cloud or vendor data center hosting.
