RFI for Computer Assisted Mass Appraisal (CAMA) System

The Hillsborough County Property Appraiser (HCPA) is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to conduct market research on experienced vendors and commercially available, Florida-compliant Computer Assisted Mass Appraisal (CAMA) platforms. HCPA needs a system to replace its legacy software, CustomCAMA, that natively integrates with Esri ArcGIS software and connects with auxiliary systems to support appraisal business functions. Work performance will be offsite. This RFI is purely exploratory for informational and planning purposes, and responses will not result in a contract award or competitive solicitation. Eligible respondents are onshore USA organizations with experience providing specialized CAMA software to local governments. Vendor responses require completing the Request for Information sheet by rating technical and functional requirements from 1 to 6, along with providing company contact details, direct experience, and optional written materials.
