Transit (SMS) Text Message Solution

The Pinellas Suncoast Transit Authority (PSTA) requires a fully hosted, ad-free, two-way transit SMS text-messaging solution with real-time request/response functionality, alert broadcasting, and subscription management. The selected vendor must provide short code provisioning, platform hosting, API integration with real-time data sources, monitoring, technical support, user guides, and downloadable monthly usage reports. Eligibility is limited to onshore, USA-based organizations, and the work must be performed offsite. Vendors must submit questions by October 10, 2026, and attend a pre-proposal conference on October 27, 2026, at 9:00 AM EST, held both in person at PSTA Administrative Building and online via Microsoft Teams. Digital proposals must be submitted through the Bonfire website by November 17, 2026, at 10:00 AM EST, along with all required forms, including the Cover Sheet, Exhibit A, Exhibit G, Exhibit K, Certificate of Insurance, and Anti-Human Trafficking Affidavit. Offers must remain firm for 180 calendar days.
