Auditorium Sound and Projection System

The City School District of New Rochelle needs a vendor to supply and install an auditorium sound and projection system at Isaac E. Young Middle School. The required scope includes installing a wall-mounted equipment rack, locking storage drawers, a 32-channel digital audio mixer, HDMI routing and switching systems, wall plates, a control station, and connections to the PA speaker system for automatic muting. Bidding is open to onshore USA vendors who can perform onsite work. Applicants must submit completed bid forms, legal corporate information, three years of audited financial statements, references from school districts, and proof of at least five years of successful relevant experience. Submissions must also include signed certifications regarding Iran divestment, non-collusion, sexual harassment policies, SAM, and NYSDOL compliance. All questions are due by October 20, 2026. The contract term is one year, and the selected contractor must provide 100% performance and payment bonds alongside required insurance coverage before starting work.
