Emergency Medical Billing Administrator Services

The Town of South Kingstown, Rhode Island, seeks an emergency medical billing administrator to manage billing and collections for its Emergency Medical Services. The contractor must accept electronic patient care reports, submit bills to insurers or self-pay patients, maintain billing records daily, manage credit card payments, provide customer service support, and supply detailed accounts receivable aging and refund reports. Eligibility is restricted to onshore vendors located in the USA that normally engage in purveying emergency medical billing administrator services. Performance of the work will be offsite for a contract period of one year. Bidders must submit complete pricing on the official Proposal Form based on a percentage of monthly collections, alongside supplemental administrative procedures, sample billing forms, HIPAA compliance policies, and proof of experience. Bidders must also provide proof of $1,000,000 in General Liability insurance coverage ($2,000,000 aggregate). Questions must be submitted via the website by October 26, 2026.
