Communications System Modernization Plan Services

The Northern Indiana Commuter Transportation District seeks engineering services to modernize its existing OC-48 Synchronous Optical Network fiber-optic transmission system. The selected vendor must address end-of-lifecycle components, develop a communications asset inventory, create an obsolescence management plan, and establish migration strategies for critical systems such as train control, dispatching, voice communications, and security infrastructure.
