Apple MacBooks and iMacs Devices Supplies and Services

Putnam City Schools is issuing a Notice of Public Sale seeking bids to sell a surplus lot of Apple devices as-is, where-is. The buyer requires a bidder to purchase the entire lot consisting of 124 MacBook Air M1s, 4,495 8th-generation iPads in good condition, 3 new-in-box 8th-generation iPads, 13 8th-generation iPads with bad back cameras, and 501 7th-generation iPads in good condition. Eligibility is limited to USA organizations, and the District may evaluate a bidder's experience, reputation, financial ability, prior performance, and ability to pay and remove equipment. Bidders must submit their proposals, including per-device pricing and the total take-all bid using the provided Bid Sheet, via email to Teresa Long at [email protected] by 12:00 p.m. Central Time on October 23, 2026. Bids are evaluated to award the sale to the qualified bidder with the highest Total Take-All Bid. The successful bidder must pay a non-refundable 20% deposit within five business days of award notification and submit full payment prior to or at pickup. The winning bidder is responsible for all packaging, loading, and transportation offsite, and must complete device removal within 30 calendar days following notification of award.
