Professional Photography Asset Development Service

The Department of Fisheries, Rural Development and Tourism for the Government of Prince Edward Island requires professional photography asset development services to produce high-quality still images. The vendor must provide photography, creative services, editing, and post-production to deliver edited, color-corrected digital images in horizontal and vertical compositions. These deliverables will support department initiatives and cover harvesters, producers, harbours, seafood products, handling, and prepared dishes. Only Canadian organizations operating onshore are eligible to bid. The contract period spans one year, with performance occurring onsite or offsite. Evaluation occurs across three stages covering mandatory submission requirements, mandatory technical criteria and rated evaluation factors worth 70 total points, and relative pricing worth 30 points.
