24x7x365 Face to Face and Video Translation Services

The buyer needs a vendor to provide 24x7x365 face-to-face and video translation services for non-English languages. The scope includes sight translation of documents alongside simultaneous and consecutive interpreting during hearings, visitations, interviews, and related events for both emergency and non-emergency needs. These services must be available during regularly scheduled business hours from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. as well as after hours from 4:31 p.m. to 7:29 a.m. Eligibility is restricted to onshore USA organizations, and the work will occur both onsite and offsite. Vendors can submit proposals digitally via email or online, and the buyer is currently accepting budget proposals. All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted no later than October 27, 2026.
