LogRhythm/Exabeam Cloud-Native Platform Migration Services

The Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund seeks proposals for 2026 LogRhythm/Exabeam cloud-native platform migration services. The required scope includes transitioning from an on-premises LogRhythm deployment to the Exabeam New Scale cloud platform, offsite work for cloud storage, data lake, and retention sizing recommendations, content migration and rule validation, cutover and testing, post-migration stabilization, and operational workflow training. Eligible bidders are onshore United States organizations only. Bidders must submit written proposals digitally by email or online, or via facsimile, registered mail, certified mail, or hand delivery by 3:30 PM CST on November 4th, 2026. Submissions must include the bid specification cost sheet and a completed Exhibit B diversity verification form. IMRF typically awards the bid to the lowest-cost bidder, but reserves the right to award to a non-low bidder to meet its diversity business policy goals or to reject all bids. Bidders are instructed to provide proposals for pricing.
