The City of Atlantic City seeks electronic proposals for professional legal services across various specialized roles for a one-year period covering 2027 services, running from January 1, 2027, to December 31, 2027. The scope encompasses nineteen legal positions, including Bankruptcy Attorney, Bond Counsel, Collection Attorney, Labor Counsel, Workers’ Compensation Attorney, Municipal Defense Counsel, and Conflict Prosecutors and Public Defenders. Performance requires both onshore and offsite work to deliver legal defense, counsel, court representation, and consultations. Eligibility is restricted to onshore USA organizations. Individual legal positions require attorneys licensed in New Jersey who possess specified levels of expertise, such as at least five years of applicable legal experience for multiple positions. Candidates must be available for consultation and routinely operate in the required business scope. Proposals must be uploaded as a single file containing all required submittals, certifications, licenses, and completed forms to the City's E-Procurement platform via BidNet Direct.
