System Improvement Service

Tri-County Electric Cooperative seeks qualified contractors to perform 2026-2029 system improvement work onsite in Florida. The scope includes installing and replacing utility poles, secondary poles, overhead conductors, underground cables, overhead transformers, pad-mounted transformers, and new meters, as well as managing utility debris. Contractors must supply all necessary personnel, equipment, materials, and capabilities, with required experience in distribution construction using RUS specifications. Eligible applicants are limited to onshore USA organizations. Contractors must submit all questions by October 30, 2026.
