Grant Consulting, Grant Writing, Administration, and Compliance Services

The City of Kissimmee seeks sealed Statements of Qualifications for grant consulting, grant writing, grant administration, grant management support, grant research, and grant compliance services on an as-needed basis for various city departments and initiatives. Scope of work includes developing a comprehensive grant strategy, conducting annual grant planning assessments, advising on funding strategies for capital improvement projects, assisting with legislative appropriations, and forming a pool of qualified on-call grant consultants. Eligible vendors include onshore, USA-based organizations that can perform work offsite. Interested bidders must submit questions by November 2, 2026. Sealed submissions containing one original, one hard copy, and one electronic copy on a flash drive must be delivered or mailed to the City of Kissimmee Finance Department Purchasing Division by November 17, 2026, at 2:00 PM. Digital email or online responses are also permitted. The Evaluation Committee will evaluate proposals based on firm qualifications, experience, grant success, and past performance. The resulting contract term will last for three years, with fixed pricing managed through issued purchase orders.
